Each degree program has its own admissions test requirements listed on the application page of the website. Generally, the answer is no, the GRE cannot be used instead of the GMAT. Some Programs will accept either the GMAT or the GRE, and some only accept one and not the other test.

The MBA Program requires a GMAT or GRE, unless the applicant is a currently-practicing medical doctor, dentist, or veterinarian; those professions must provide their appropriate graduate school admissions test scores. Students in the DO program at OSU’s Center for Health Sciences must submit an official MCAT. All other applicants outside the listed medical professions must submit a GMAT or GRE score as part of their application.

GMAT test information can be found at mba.com.
GRE test information can be found at ets.org.
